Wouldn't call it a full blown air-show, but the organization "Corsairs over Connecticut" arranged to have some flying classics on display and flying in Bridgeport last Sunday. How did I do?

That plane sure gets around and I am pretty sure it is the same Navy Blue Corsair

Thumbs up for the F4! Great shot! My favourites are the F4U-1 'Birdcage' models (and the prototype looks sweet!).

The Corsair was my favorite fighter too. Armored cockpit, cruising at over 400 mph... Cool toy... My dad knew Greg Boyington, the guy that made them a hit in the TV series Baa Baa Black Sheep...
