I suppose I'd have to go with #3 but honestly, you've got major blow outs and very noticeable blow out recoveries going on all over the place in all three versions.

Reshooting with suitable GND filters would yield much better images.

top one but i would crop a lot of the left negative space out, just past the dude wearing the white shirt/jeans on the left.

I like number three because you can't see the guy in the shorts and tshirt with the dreads.

But the baby in the carriage is kind of spooky.

I think the people in front of the carriage on the right are a distraction in the first two.
