These type of spiders are very common in the UK. Very harmless, this spider was all over my arm while i was setting up the camera.

Nice shot, You got a pretty good handle on the DOF.

Thanks for that. I use a G6 and most of the time it is et to F8 and spot metering to make sure the lens will focus where i want it to be then edit later if i need to.

It would be a flat, dead spider if I saw it crawling around on MY arm! <shudder> :shock:
