another from teh shoot last thursday night, i think the powder blue shirt works really well w/ the yellow background

Yikes, turn the music down, it looks like you're hurting her ears. The background is cool, the lighting is good but I'm not sure I care for the pose/expression. All in all its a very nice shot that looks like it could be used for a magazine ad or something (and I mean that in a good way).

I'm not sure about the shadows on her face.. either the makeup is making the skin tone different, or it's the lighting. Also have you tried cropping just abover her elbows to centralize more on her hands being on her face? Just a thought..

I like the lighting and the composition, but the pose I really dislike.

As for critique. I don't like the pose but as you mentioned about the colour of the t-shirt and the background I would agree that they compliment each other well.

All in all its a very nice shot that looks like it could be used for a magazine ad or something Actually, I like the "Scream" version & we could use it here a lot.
