title says it all. Ranked number 8 for most stressful, unpaid job. Now I know I'm not the only one feeling this way.

2. Special Events Coordinator
Median pay: $35,900
% who say their job is stressful: 75%
Planning a major event or party is a ton of work, and can easily turn into a real circus if you don't hire a pro to pull it all together.
"My colleague was throwing a circus-themed event, and one hour before the event started, Peanut the elephant died in the ballroom," said Anne Giapapas, a special events coordinator in San Luis Obispo, Calif. "Without time to move the elephant, they threw a tarp over Peanut and made it look like a circus tent. No one even knew what was underneath during the event."
But the elephant in the room may be the least of a special events coordinator's troubles. Juggling vendors, collecting payments, shepherding guests and taking on bridezillas is just another day at the office.

Just people being whiny and lazy. The only part that involves stress is when you can't pay your bills outside of that we are getting paid to be artist.
I suppose if your just doing it because you think it's fun or cool and not really because you couldn't live without it then I see how it could cause stress just like any other management job.

Commercial photography also does not pay badly unless your not good enough to charge a decent fee and get enough jobs.
Also remember that photographers want you to think our jobs are hard to keep people from thinking they can succeed. In the end though the main factor is you, your gift (if you actually have one) and your dedication.
Sorry I can't stand lazy wimps. The harder and more stressful I get from working this job the happier I get because I know I am creating cool images and will be rolling in the bankroll from them.

Well my experience is what causes me the most stress are the things that are outside my control (things other than photography) such as the art directors, graphic designers, account managers and other things outside the photography part of it. Dealing with some of the personalities can be very challenging. The good thing is sometimes if you're lucky;) you get as steady client base so you learn to deal with the people that you have to work with but there is so much outside of what is photography, like people making photographic decisions that really are not qualified to make those calls but you have to learn how to work and get the best work out even in those environments and I think that where a lot of stress comes in.

I've got a few friends and co-workers that do large scale commercial work. None of them really care for it at all anymore. The artistic touch isn't really there any longer. The corporate formula's dictate the path for the shoots and proper time for projects is usually not available. The companies they work for aren't spending the money on good quality work but still push for products that almost can't be done with the budget they provide.
