I quite like it, although it might be nice to see more of her face. As in to have a less tight crop.

But, it fits the title.

I really like the shot overall.

The only thing I would do different is PS out the two skin blimishes on the left side (but not the one over her lips) I think it would add to the overall quality.

Thanks for the comments - I particularly left this photo as shot as I strive to produce output that requires as little post processing as possible.
