I need help/advice!!!

I am going to be doing a shoot of a HUGE family!! They want to do all the grandchildren for the grandparents for christmas. The children vary in age from 11yrs-13 months!!! They also want pics of each individual family, and a pic of EVERYONE kids +parents!!! Help me!! I have only ever done individual children or a max of 3 together!!! I need ideas/suggestions./advice!!
