Do you mean how do you move photo files from the flashcard on your A30 to your PC? One way is to use the USB connection assuming your PC has a USB port and a cable (which should have been provided from Canon.) The manual should be able to tell you how to set this up. If you have a recent Windows setup (2000, XP), it should be plug and play.
A faster method is to get a USB2 card reader and attach it to your PC assuming your PC has a USB2 port, then you just physically transfer the card from the camera over to the reader for a faster download. Check out the Sandisk 6 in 1 reader at buy.com...but again, this assumes your PC has USB2, otherwise it will be just as slow as a USB cable transfer.
If your original question really was to move and store external files into your card on your camera, you should be able to drag and drop the files into your camera icon from your PC. The camera itself may not have the utilities to grab files from an external source.

Thank you for the info sorry for delay. Yes I want to move and store external files into my card in the camera, but data as well as JPG etc, any ideas?

Hmm, I am not familiar with the A20 utilities, but it sounds like you should be able to treat your A20 as an external storage device from the perspective of your PC...in which case, you would do everything from your PC desktop (drag and drop onto the camera's icon.) If there was a utility that allowed you to do the transfer from the A20's perspective, I'm guessing it would be very tedious.
If you find yourself storing a lot of data on the camera (so that you can give presentations to friends, etc.) you might eventually want to consider something like a Nixvue product (Digital Album)...10-40GB of info!
