I need some lighting for both video and still.
I don't want to spend tons of money.
I am a beginner so user friendly is a must.
Could anyone recommed some lighting that would be usable for both situations?
Thanks

Someone recommended this as constant lighting.
Elinchrom D-Lite4 Two Monolight Kit (90-260VAC)
Would this be worth the money?

The D-Lite 4's are great. But if you're just starting off, and especially doing video...I might recommend continuous lighting. It's cheap, easy to use, and lets you shoot as fast as you want.
Here are some sets that have the stand, softbox, and the head. http://www.robertsimaging.com/cmCatalog.jsp?catid=S262&manid=337
