I am not sure I understand what you mean here...you use the save for web option in Photoshop for each of the frames, but how is the sequence of saved images anaimated? Sorry to be such a dolt , I guess I suffer from too many paintball hits on the head <g>.

You have to use layers, look at the help section in PS. It will guide you through it.

Paintball ... it gets saved as an animated .gif file. There are numerous freebies on the net that allowed you to do this and to generate a wide variety of file types, but the PS solution is probably best for this type of thing.

Sorry to be off topic here but I do not have an option to save in PhotoShop as a animated gif, I am missing something here...?
