One of the better shots I took at the park today.
Auto contrast, slight USM.

WOW, great capture! What is APO? Oh, definate keeper there!

The APO is for APOchromatic.

The APO uses two pieces of special low dispersion glass for the front of the lens and one piece of SLD glass for the rear.

Through lots of research I found it to be a suggested lens for the price. I paid 175 plus S&H at sigma4less.com

Really nice shot. The hair couldn't be better if it was in a studio IMO. Great expression, sharp, and great DOF control. It all came together I think. Cute kid too.

Nice shot, from a nicely priced lens. Can't ever complain for under $200! :)
