Have seen several postings stating that one can send a Sigma lens in for a chip swap that gets rid of Err99 errors with a 20D. I have a 28/200 I'd like to use. Someone please post the Sigma URL or other contact information. All I get with Google is a billion hits from lens vendors.

If you're in the US, you can start here:

Actually, I did a better Google search and found them. Turns out this lens (28-200/F3.5-5.6) cannot be upgraded. So they offered to give me a trade in for the replacement (same specs) for $160. Did a search for the lens, and I can buy it out right for $180. Not even worth the shipping charges for $20, so that's no deal at all.
