I'm donating some images to a ski federation. I'm looking for a indemnification agreement that deals with images and the possibility of children under 18 on some of these images. Can anyone point me in a good direction or a link where i might find one? Thanks you so much.

I don't think it's a good idea to take someone else's that you found on the web. Just a thought: get one written for your needs by someone who knows what they're doing (lawyer?) and how to write one properly. Often those things are so thick with legalese you'd have to have passed the bar to understand what was written.

where you live might affect some of the legal terms used. indemnification agreement Could you mean a release for the people in the images, or a clause that protects you against the way the images might be used?

That's one of the reasons for talking to a lawyer--to be sure you're getting what you need.

How will the Ski Federation use the images? If they are going to be used commercially, you need a commercial release for the images of you may be held liable regardless of the agreement.

If it were me, I wouldn't give them the images, or if I did, it would include a written letter clearly stating that the images can not be used for any commercial use without a written release from all subjects in the images, and it was their responsibility for obtaining that release.

All my contracts state by default that the client is responsible for all releases unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. And if it is stipulated in the contract, then every image goes out with a signed release, or it doesn't go out at all.

I wouldn't rely on the indemnification agreement alone, but would if I had the indemnification agreement, as well as a signed letter/contract with them that clearly shows they are responsible for obtaining releases for any commercial use.
