I am making a video/slide show of a recent trip. I want to include maps of the places we went. Any suggestions?
I saw a video where the map zoomed in from a full view of the earth down to a specific small town in rural USA. Very cool.
Any and all ideas please.

Thanks

I don't know if you have a Mac but you can do it with iMovie

I do have a Mac and the areas we visited are not covered in iMovie. Google Earth has copyright issues unless you buy the Pro Version for $400.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks

The other two ideas would be something like microsoft's street and trips or one of the National Geographic topo maps on disc.

Google maps does a decent job with topo and satellite maps, just type in an address someplace close to where you want and then scroll around and find the actual spot, as to how you would go about getting the image into your video I'm not real sure.
