First picture, river.

Right. So I've just began photographing, so some lack of taste and knowledge in camera settings are possible, but here's two simple shots I took moments ago, using Canon PowerShot S70 + 200mm tele-converter.

Targets were a river and a cloudy view from my window.

C & C welcome, yet the images are pretty "original/basic" so I don't know if there's anything to comment about. Anyway, files were too big to attach, so here's the links:

Nice, abstract view on the first one. I like it quite a bit. The 2nd one is a shot that I would normally take, but people dont seem to respond to. I like it, regardless :)
