What backpack/bag should I buy?

Please help. I'd like to get a backpack or bag that can store all of my stuff (body, lenses, flash, tc's) that I have now and a second body plus a laptop and accessories. I'd like it to be something for storage at home and something I can travel with (going to park, zoo, vacation).

Any thoughts?

Check the Tamrac Expedition 7X and 8X. They each have a wide waist belt to support the weight, and are built like tanks. The shoulder straps are extremely comfortable. I think this line is the best among Think Tank, Lowepro, and similar packs.

For a cheaper backpack that seems to be pretty decent, Canon 200EG.
I hope to get one soon.

That said, the Tamrac is probably of way higher quality.

And Tamrac makes a waterproof cover for them, very thin and light-weight.
