Point & Shoot upgrade from SD850

My SD850 is looking a bit battered now, its the camera that got me into photography :)
But I'm looking to upgrade it now. I want something slimmer can anyone suggest an upgrade?

The only cameras smaller, thinner have a lesser zoom range and no optical finder, if you don't need the optical finder the SD980 is a little thinner with similar zoom range, the SD 1200 has the finder but only 3X zoom, the S90 larger sensor better lens and more control is larger

Wow the S90 looks real nice, not really going to miss the view finder, I never once used it on the sd850, it was way too small I think. Def worth a consideration. Thanks for the advice!
