Shot w/ 450D, 28-80 Sigma, +-2 stops.....hand-held. I know, but I had no tripod with....

The HDR part looks like you've got the idea, looks very good to me. Great start!

Judging by the watermark in the photo, I'd say photomatix ;)

Sometimes the simplest things escape ones attention....but yes it is Photomatix Pro. Thank you all for the compliments, my following attempts will be better i'm sure. For one, I will use a tripod...

just remember to shoot the 3 of them in AV mode , this is one is really good

Yeah I know, was hanging out with the kids, had the camera, and the light looked ok for what I had seen in other HDR's so I snapped a few just to try it out. And I keep meaning to crop/clone that damn railing from the lower-left corner.
And thanks for the compliments, it's always nice to hear someone's work is appreciated.
