WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK: PART 192 - Food and Family

Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is "Food and/or Family" As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for!


Here are the rules:

1. Shots need to be taken between sunrise Monday and sunset the following Sunday. Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snap shots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!

2. Post your shots at any time during the week.

3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e.,embedding them), but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. I'm so mad...we had lobster tonight with my inlaws! Food and Family! And of course I was too busy helping with the tail/claw meat removal to take pics (plus they might have though I was crazy taking pics of the critters!). BTW, it was deeeelicious!

Anyway, I should have plenty more opportunities this week :-)

Taco soup is delicious! Throw the sour cream, some cheese and crumble some chips. Its just like eating a taco! So so good!

I've got left over mashed potatoes and ham for lunch today. I love it!! The house smelled like garlic all night last night :) Thanks for the comments. We're eating out tonight so no photos for tonight's dinner.

Well I took no photos of the dining table or anything that went on it, but it was fantastic!! I did, however take the kids into the basement studio at my brother's house and take some pics for holiday cards.

The game is "Apples to Apples" and grandpa and grandson play as a team. This helps keep the grandson focused on the game and keep things moving. It has become a tradition for a few years now and is a bunch of fun.
