What's the best way to store your lenses, bodies, TC's, accessories, etc. while at home? I'm interested in the Tamrac Expedition backpacks, but is there a better option for home storage?

I usually just leave them in my Think Tank Airport Security V2 unless i don't use them for a long period of time. Then I store them in my Dry Storage box with dehumidifier.

A Pelican Case of the size needed for your outfit. It can take being beat around
and in the unlikely event of any sort of water event, flood etc.. everything will
be safe.

I have a gun locker at home that all the camera gear lives in when I'm not using it. Humidity controlled.

I'm using Pelican 1514 Case with Lid Organizer. Best case for storage. I'll be buying one more as my # of gears grow..

I'm really impressed by the variety of sizes of the Pelicans. For me, I use the ThinkTank Rotation 360 more than other bag, and have figured out which pockets fit each item best. So I leave things in the 360 for storage, and sample what's in it if I want to use a smaller bag. With more lenses, I will definitely get the small Pelican for storage.

It's a machinist's wooden tool chest I bought at COSTCO about eight years ago. It has all the space I need for the gear I currently have.

Pelican 1514 with the lid organizer. Keeps everything neat, organized, and ready to throw in the trunk at a moment's notice.
