I went frog hunting yesterday at a nearby pond, the 150 gave me pretty good working distance. I was able to get some tight shots without spooking the frogs. Below is one example. This was shot handheld with my 1D MarkII at ISO 400, 1/400@F4.0.

Great photo. Just got one of those today (lens, not frog) so I'll be trying it out over the next week or so. Beautiful build quality. Hopefully the quality will match. Seems likely on what I've seen of other peoples images like yours.
