What lighting to use?

I have a job coming up. I'm photographing three children in their home around 4pm eastern time. So there will be no natural light. The home is small. I have two profoto flash heads. What size umbrellas should I use? should I use one or two lights? I have a medium softbox but i think it would get in the way. What could I get away with??

One 45 inch umbrella should do the job, but two lights would be better IMO.
Take the SB too, just in case.;)
