View Full Version : Hyperlinking to a "Category" in EE?

I asked this question many moons ago, but never got a response. Hopefully I get one this time...

I want to be able to link to a particular category in EE. For Example:

"Wildlife images" text link would take you to all the images in the "Wildlife" photo category...

Anyone know how to do this???

I'm not sure, but it might be worth reading "Snippet Definitions.rtf" in your EE_RC4 folder. It sounds like you might be able to do it using the info there

add switch category=x where x is category id (see those on category editor).

eg. http://photography-on-the.net/gallery/list.php?exhibition=1&category=3

Presumably changing exhibition=all (or does it have to be exhibition="all") would link to the chosen category accross all exhibitions?
