Let me know what you think. The first is a 10 image pano stiched in CS3. First i ever did so i am fairly happy. Dissapointed that i dont know how to fix the begining and end of it. Alone, all the images are level but when stiched the two ends seem unlevel..

I like the first shot the most. The photo looks pretty good to me and nothing seems to be out of level from what I can see. Perhaps it is more noticeable on a larger version of the picture. However, I did notice that your sensor needs some cleaning. I would clone out those spots as I feel they distract the viewer from the actual photo.
If you are concerned about levelness for future shots one thing I do is once I have the camera set-up on a tripod, I look through the viewfinder and scroll from left to right to ensure levelness. While scrolling through, I pay special attention to the horizontal AF points as a reference with the horizon especially when approaching either end of the panorama.

I like the first one also. Brooklyn Bridge City Park is one of my favorite places.

I'll break with the crowd and say I like the second one. While the first shot is very nice, I think the second adds a human element to the mix. I like how some people are interacting and others are just watching. Much more interesting than just a skyline.
