I won this aution and recieved the filters today. Can someone help and tell me where and when I would want to use each one? I understand the polarizing filter. But the colored ones, and the moose, I just am not getting. Here is the auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15217&item=7518103458

The green filter is for black and white pictures, I think!
The moose is a circular polariser combined with a 81A warming filter, used for landscapes. The Vario PL-color I don't know, but probably creates psychedelic images - try it :)

if you put each of those filter names into google - you get a lot of info on each filter.
most seen to just be different polarisers

The green filter is for black and white pictures, I think! Depends - not sure what a "green field" is used for. If it's a solid color like Kodak Wratten #58, then it will make greens lighter & reds darker in B&W pics.
PS makes it pretty much obsolete as you can just take a normal color pic & make the changes after without destroying a potentially good shot with a filter.
