Deleting Read-Only Images

Help! I dragged a jpeg image into my zoom browser window and now can't delete it. Don't understand why! Anyone have any suggestions. I gotta get rid of this pic, darn it!

Not sure, but try these after closing all applications:
- Right click on photo and select "Delete"
- Access from folders through Explorer with Zoombrowser appl. closed.

(I'm guessing, since I'm at work and don't have Zoombrowser available to play with.)
