I got an e-mail from the lead fire dancer from my previous post (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=785265) letting me know where they were going to be again last night.

They wanted to get Grace Cathedral Church (http://www.gracecathedral.org/welcome/overview/) in the background, and fortunately there is a park right across the street.
There were a lot fewer photographers this time, but it was still a few too many to get the prime angle with the church aligned correctly, but still not too bad.
The exposures on these are a little longer, to try to get longer fire trails.

Okay set, but if you have a nice BG like that, use it. Go lower with the camera for instance: All these are taken standing straight, so you loose the (top of) the church in the BG.

Thanks for looking Rene.
The photographers were three deep. Some sitting, some squatting, and some standing.
I went to set up, and someone squatted down right in front of me.

Unlike the first set (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=785265) I did, where I was sitting on the ground.
