Like filters : what's a good beach portrait filter?

Looking for a good beach portrait filter? What are some good ones?

There is alot of glare at the beach. I use a B&W CPL.

I'd also say it depends on the sort of portraits you are doing.
If you are going for a professional look, then a filter will not be enough.

As scott said, a CPL is a good place to start but I think befor offering nay further recommendations we need to know what you are looking to achieve.
