In #1 the castle seems to be leaning to the left. Easy to fix in photoshop.

In #3, the portrait of the young couple, I think you would find an interesting result by shooting earlier in the evening so that ambient light from the sky is brighter and the artificial lights will be much less intrusive.

I'd straighten the first one. Otherwise they're excellent!

Did you have any issues bringing your tripod into the parks? I assume too you were prepared for doing the night shots. The fireworks shot at Cinderella's Castle takes some basic knowledge of specific camera settings, along with some experimentation to make it actually work. Also, I love how you captured the colors on the entrance to Tomorrowland and the fountain in Epcot near Spaceship Earth. The wizard's hat in Hollywood Studios also came out very nice for the colors. So I guess this really begs the question, how did you do them? Again, they're excellent!

Thanks for the c/c...this is my first time ever using a tripod and shooting night shots so I'm REALLY happy with the results that I got...I know I have tons of room for improvements...

I was using my flipside 200 with the carbon fiber tripod attached...carried it for 3 whole days and I didn't find it too cumbersome...Disney didn't have a problem with the tripod...and never did I have to leave it unattended even on the biggest of the rides...for those that are wondering if they should bring their DSLR into Disney...I strongly suggest that you do...

as for the pics...I've been reading tons on this site on shooting techniques...it gave me a basic idea of what mode and setting to use...from them on...it was just all trial and error...I used the people around me as test subjects to adjust for correct lighting...and shot until I was satisfied with one and moved on...luckily my g/f was patient enough to bare with me for the entire trip...you should see my other pics of her...you could see her face from smile (test shot) to frown (settings corrected)...hahaha took a while but well worth it

Good set. Just need to straighten up some of the shots.

Those colours are amazing, the obvious first one being off-kilter is an easy fix so I'd say a good set in all.

Amazingly good colour rendition and sharpness considering the light levels and object speeds.

"...luckily my g/f was patient enough to bare with me for the entire trip..."
You surely meant "bear with me" instead of "bare with me", although that could be fun, as well;)

#2, 5 & 6 are great in my book. #2 is especially awesome to me because I love candid photos.
