? about 2 different SDHC cards

Hello, I just got a T1i a while back and I'm in the market for SDHC card, i kind of know what i want but i wanted to know if there really is a difference between these two that I'm going to link below. Do the classes make that much of a difference from C-6 to C-10? The C-10 card is also cheaper according to amazon. Any input would be greatly appreciated and thank you!
