I've been shooting bands for zines. A number of bands that I am good friends with would like prints. I want to post up favorites for them to print [and pay the costs for] but leave it to them to decide what to pay to me.
Thus, I am looking for a site that adds up the total [in this case, the actual printing costs] and then leaves a box open that the customer can fill in an additional amount or otherwise, allows adjustment of final price [in this case up].
p.s. Pleassssssssssse ... don't make this a discussion about why I am not charging fixed prices from the start. I am not being manipulated or under pressure, etc. This is something I want to do and am fine with leaving the bands to decide with their consciences what to pay me, if any thing.

Um, not sure that's an option with any of the sites... but If I wanted to (I don't, lol) do that with Exposure Manager (http://www.exposuremanager.com/aff/jacuff) (what I currently use) I could create a price sheet that would take into consideration the cost of the print as well as EM's 10% cut such that I would end up with 0 profit, but also 0 cost. Then I would create digital download files at predetermined amounts ($25, $50, $100, $250, etc) so that way they can choose the amount. EM would take something like $ 0.87 for the digital download plus their 10% cut.

Not always true. I have personally witnessed many times people offering to pay and paying and I have done so myself. Cost of the service would be included in the base price.
Issues of payment versus free have been discussed numerous times, please find those threads to comment on that dynamic.
For this thread, please focus on the original question, respecting my request as you want your requests respected.

Thank you for being helpful. Yes, the base price would include an amount to contribute to cost of the site, cut [though I thought cut excluded print cost] and print cost.
