Hey everyone, just a few shots that I had sitting around. What do you think?

#1 has beautiful colours near the top but a rather boring foreground. I'd go with a tight crop to leave a near symmetrical graphic composition of the top of the building.
#2 Lovely colours - if the sign was sharp it would be outstanding!
#3 A nice black and white conversion, but the subject / composition does little for me.
#4 Lovely colours, nice composition but wants more depth of field on the leaf.

I like both of your architectural shots. The color shot is taken at the best time, in my opinion. This gave you good balance between natural and artificial lighting. Most night shots are taken too late in the evening and the point sources of light become to large and bright.
The B & W has good detail in most of the highlights, although the shadows are pretty badly blocked up. Also, the camera seems to have been tilted slightly because the verticals are not consistent.
The histogram for the B & W shows there was still some color left in from the conversion??
The Jones Falls Expressway sign in Baltimore certainly looks familiar, and yes, the color is rather neat.
The autumn leaves is just so, so - but not bad.

thanks for all the helpful comments!
I think there may be still color left because of the way I converted it in lightroom, using the color sliders until I was happy with it. There also may have been a bit too much contrast/blacks added, which may explain the shadows. I'll go back to the original later and see if I can tone it down a bit.
