hey I am going there in four days. Do they allow tripods to be set up in the streets? I want to take night shots.

no problem with the tripods...the waterfront area at twilight is rather crowded though...they have this nightly laser light show that starts at 2000

I haven't been at there foe about 2 years. Is the pollution really that bad. I noticed a lot of smog in your photos?
