Cybersyncs and sunpak 383

Anyway to get this combo to work? I am thinking of picking up some cybersyncs and wondering how reliable they are.. I am unsure if the cybersyncs will work with anything other than the alienbees.. sorry if this question has been asked before..

I am pretty sure they work with speedlites, but I only use my CyberSyncs with my B800, and I stand by Cybersync 100%

They have been awesome to me, not one misfire!!

I find my Cybersyncs to be 100% reliable. Used them last night for about 15 family Christmas shoot. Two photogs using 5 lights and not a single problem.

I have used them with the sunpak 383. They work fine. I think the flash comes with about three different kinds of cords. I did not need anything extra. I no longer have mine but I think this is true.

I love the cybersyncs, I used them when I had my alien bee setup, I sold all of that stuff a while back, and looking to use a smaller set up now, and I think this is the ticket next question -

any way to use the cyber sync transmitter with a flash on the hot shoe? can the transmitter be trigger through PC sync on the camera?

I've seen homemade brackets, but I don't know how hard they are to make.
