THey are lovely in color, but feel just a tad out of focus for me? Maybe its a camera shake?

Welcome aboard Iceman. First of all those are very nice photos. I like the dark background and the more unique angles. I wonder if a bit of sharpening and more depth of field would help them some. Great first post and keep the images coming. Jeff

Welcome to POTN!

I really like the clean background and angle of the flower in the 3rd photo. You can see more details on the right side of the photo--it is slightly sharper than the left half, and has less direct light, so the highlights on the right side aren't blown.

Looking forward to seeing more photos!
