Pictures made for school

I am a first year student on a college of Photography. Very recently we got the assignment to shoot 4 pictures of any brand of energydrinks (i.e. Redbull and such). All of them were supposed to make in the school studio.

We had to shoot:
A pack shot, so the can and nothing more..
One shot where sports were involved
One shot where work was involved
One shot where a disco-theme was simulated

It was not allowed to show any person in these shots. Post processing was allowed quite a lot.

I've shown them to my teacher, which was pretty pleased, but she has the bad habit of telling me like 100 things where are irrelevant for me to become better, what I obviously want (she knows this too). So I would like to know what YOU people think about my shots ^^

Love the hockey/skating one..I like them all but the disco one.for some reason,it doesn't "say" disco to me...the can is also dark.....you need the reflections from a disco ball.lol..

I like all four of them but especially the skates.... although the bluish one is great too, but I agree with Flo that the theme is less obvious. However the color combination and composition is very good.

I agree with both of you on this to be honest. I had quite a hard time coming up with something like it, and it still didn't entirely work out. Although I think I'll leave this picture as it is instead of reshooting it (being a tad lazy plays a role here :p It's for school, not a client...).
