the only thing done in ps was levels and color adjusting, the halo over the back flower apeered at the original picture

I was refering to the front flower regarding artifacts. Is it happening on all your shots? Maybe its your monitor adj - can you see compression artifacts? What gear is involved here?

could maybe be happening because those are complimentary colors and intensify each other when together. maybe the sensor just can't take it. the bokeh from the lens isn't too spectacular either.

Looks oversaturated to me. Nice try, though. Keep at it.
