hmm, i dont think the fake motion blur is really working in this pic. the blur doesn't really go with the direction the car is heading, i think you should use rotational blue on the wheels. the rear wheel looks really fake, like the ground is eating it or something lol. jmo

the rear wheel looks really fake, like the ground is eating it or something lol. Or it's a flat tire, & I agree. The tire should be blurred along with the wheel.
If you're going to change the plate, a color similar to the car would not jump right out at me, & the car looks a bit cyan-green in WB.

You might want to take a look at this tutorial I've put together on adding motion to still images (http://www.carphototutorials.com/adding_motion_to_still_images.php) ... I think you might get an idea on how to convert a still image into a panning shot without making it look obvious ...
Also feel free to take a look at some of the post processing tutorials to get the car appear better in your shots ...

I've got your advices. I can not see my attached image - it appears as small rectangle like the image had not loaded. What is the problem?

Aren't there some actual moving cars around to pan?
What happened to the side of the left tail light?

Unfortunately, the fake motion blur ruined this shot. You can see where the selection was done, and the wheels and tires are just ... well I try not to say bad things since I'm not a pro, but try to stay away from those photoshop tutorials written by the "Fast and the Furious" crowd
