Hi Everyone,
Here are some shots I've took at a local nightclub the past couple of weeks.
Happy Monday!

Love the second one. I think the first one if you were right behind the DJ and had it symmetrical on each side it would have turned out better.

I gotcha on the 1st one. Also, what lens would ya'll recommend for shooting in nightclubs? I shot these with my 28-135mm for some range but I've also noticed that it took me awhile to properly focus in really dark situations. I'll be putting alot of nightclub pics up on my website... Mostly headshots but I also want to balance it out with crowd shots and other elements of the club like ones posted here. I was thinking a 50mm 1.4 or a 1.8 for headshots? I'm also hesitant in using a flash unless really needed. What do ya'll think?

I can't recommend on the lens, I'm just not that good. I do shoot my friend's band when they play and I prefer not to use flash, but sometimes it's just too darn dark. If you have that much light and ambient light (from the fog etc), I'd try not to use flash as it would drowned out the rest of the colors and might cause problems with the fog too.
