Number 4 stands out among this group. It has so much more interest than the others. What can you tell us about how they were shot. Digital? Film? PS?

shot using my old 4pmx sony S85, which I converted for IR use, and an R72. apart from a bit of curves adjustment they look like that straight out of the camera.

I enjoy #1, 3 &4. They really seem to benefit nicely from the IR effect.

Sorry I missed these... excellent!
I'm shocked at how much I love your still lifes.
I did not realize how well such a subject would look in IR.. the Flower.. Grapes and those plant stalks... all of them are fantastic!
Keep at it Duder.. I want to try this too! :)

thanks. One advantage of the Sony camera is I have is live IR preview on the LCD monitor, so I can test what things look like before taking a shot. Organic materials seem to take on an almost surreal translucent appearance, and make for interesting subjects.
anyway, I think it's safe to say, I am addicted to IR photography.

The flower and bamboo(?) are amazing. It's pretty incredible how different things can appear when you get rid of that pesky visible light. :-)
These make me want to try IR again.

great shots...how did you get the banding on the 1st pic? (blue banding), the grapes are great never seen it in IR work

the blue banding is how the camera sees it. the actual flower was yellow with black/or very dark brown banding. I've noticed that most dark coloured materials, whether they be clothing/paint/wood etc, tend to look light blue in IR using this camera.
