I just got some Eneloops for my camera and I have a question about charging. If I charge it at say around 30-40% would that ruin them? I only have a set and haven't bought a spare so I always want a fully charged battery for days that are unexpected uses. And is it bad to leave it in the charger for over a few hours when its charged? (I have the OEM charger) Thanks :)

Why don'y you buy some disposable AA's to use after you rundown and then recharge the Eneloops? Eventually, that will cost more than buying four more Eneloops, however.
You can leave them in the charger for over a few hours.

NiMH don't seem to have the memory problems of the older NiCd batteries, so go ahead and top them off. But I'd just pick up another set (or three) of Eneloops.
