NEED Help Quick --- Canon Lense

These are some pictures I took trying to determine if my Canon 24-70L f/2.8 lens is a good one. Will you take a look at these and let me know if they look good -- sharp -- color -- etc.. 100% cropped and not Adobe. Please take a look at link below it has a few more pics.

If this is a bad lense I have to return it by Friday.

were these shots taken with a tripod? settings and exif?

Can you post full images somewhere on the web? I'd prefer not to judge sharpness from small crops.
