well, my printer died. Does anyone know what is a comparable printer to the i950?
I need something that takes the BCI series ink tanks, as I just bought a bunch of them.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

The i950 was replaced with the i960...
Now Canon has the newer "Pixma" models.. the ip6000 I think is the closest to the i950.. (6 ink colors etc..) with the ip8500 the high end using the newer 8 ink system.
All use the BCI inks that your i950 used ...
you may even look to the i9900 if you want to print larger (up to 13"X19")

Thanks for your replies.
Apparently it needs a new print head, which costs around $90.00, a new unit ( or even used) is 150.00 or so. i'll probably go with the ip8500.
