They are all beautiful shots and as I scrolled down I enjoyed looking, but when I reached the last one . . WOW! . . for me that shot has everything

"That shot has everything.."
Agreed. This thread -if you listen quietly- even has a soundtrack... I think I hear the sound of 'Flower Of Scotland'...?

John, I think it's difficult to tell the sharpness of the lens after processing ( I assume USM ) plus resizing for the web.
Having said that , these shots are excellent.
The colours and vibrancy of the shots jump out at you.
For me the best shots are of the Black Mount. But then I say that with prejudice........... I love the area.

Loch Etive from the Glencoe side is a shoot I plan for this summer. I'm also thinking of something a bit further north. :?

Keep them coming John.
You're doing a great job for Travel Scotland

hope the weather is a bit kinder for you cameron than its been for me on my past two trips its was the only place that was overcast

however the scenery more than makes up for it

as for promoting scotland its nice to let the good folks arounds here see what we have to offer as regards photography,im sure youll agree you could go to a different location every day for year and still only be scratching at the surface

How about a 100% crop of something near the foreground? The colours and contrast look great.

It's perhaps not my place to ask (and don't answer if you don't wish to) but why would you like a 100% crop near the foreground. :?

Just wondering.
