Due to a new deal with a local school district, we are now the official photographer at all sporting events, and have been offered the opportunity to play a audio file over the speakers during half time at all sporting events. The problem we are occurring, is that we can't get a grasp on what we want it to say.
We are having a professional voice production site produce the audio for us. So basically I am looking for some ideas of what it should say so that I can scrap something together.

You need to write a script... just like any radio advert.
With a radio announcement, you have to make it memorable and easy to respond to... shouldn't provide lengthly details that people might have to write down to remember.
For example, if you have a very memorable and brief website URL where people can go to look at images, you might mention it. If it's longer and more complex, you might instead ask them to stop by a table you have set up and pick up one of your brochures or business cards, with the URL and other contact info listed on it.
Another example, radio ads often cite a phone number to contact the company... big mistake unless it's something super simple and very easily memorized. Most people listening would write it down and will forget it quickly.
In other words, make it simple and straightforward... and don't ask people to do anything too involved, to have the best chance of success.
Try to tie in your ad to any other promotions you are doing... If you have a catch-phrase on your printed materials and website, use it in your announcement, too.
You'll have limited time I'm sure, so just work on some script that will get across the important points and help people find you during and after the events.
The voice production company might be able to advise you about the script, make some suggestions.
Good luck with the venture this coming year!

IMHO - Too wordy
I would maybe start with your website
B-I-N-K-E-R Photo.com We are the official Photographer of XYZ School
Visit B-I-N-K-E-R Photo.com to view today's Action Photos
Visit B-I-N-K-E-R Photo.com for all you photography needs or (to make your memories complete)
something like that - The only goal is to get them to your website and IMHO that's all you should be trying to do at this point

IMHO - if you havn't registered that domain Do It ASAP. Before some domain squatter does
Opps - I was at Binker and not Brinker
Now that I think about it - maybe your should register Binker...... and have that site point to your site. IMO it's easy to get the URL confused

Late into the discussion, but on your website replace:
Welcome to Brinker Photography. First and foremost, we would like to say in advance that our website is in the stages of completion, and some aspects of the site may not be fully functional at this time. With (in a larger font)
We are now the official photographer at all sporting events for the ? school district. Click here to see pictures from this week's blah blah games.
I too often see websites that are clean and with nice photographs of landscapes and birds, which immediately gives me the impression that you are one of the zillions of people who just want to display your collection online. Tell me quickly what you can do for me before I move onto another site.
