saving jpegs in Photo shop ?

hey guys,

most of the time when i save for web its to post onto this forum..

isnt there some way i can enter 100KB and itll give me the max quality and keep the size just under 100K's?

i am now experimenting with automatic tasks..once i figure out the file size thing this should be a piece of cake :)
