Christmas Lights in Leavenworth, WA

We were in town for the lighting ceremony this past weekend and it started to snow shortly after the ceremony.

I like this a lot. Of course, Leavenworth is a really neat town. We will never see it in winter, however.

This was our first trip in the winter, but I've been there a couple of times during the summer. It is a neat town but it gets packed for the Christmas Lighting Ceremony.

I was trying to get a feeling of motion and movement with the long exposure. I had other shots that had more people and showed more variety of motion blur, but I really liked this one with the kid taking a photo of the couple.
