Good catch. I remember reading that, when the F-15 (or F-16) first appeared at an international airshow, it took off straight up & out of sight. They said that the Russians decided not to fly that day! :D

I recognize that tower - have breakfast at CAVU Cafe quite often! At least one of the waitresses there knows when I walk in to get the hot chocolate ready!

Wish I could've been there for the air show, but had something else going on that day.

Flying out of KDKB to breakfast nearly every week.......
