I curerntly have the lowepro 120x for my rebet xt. The 7d is much larger so i'd like a slightly larger bag in which i can fit my usual that I do with the 120x.

1 camera with any of my lenses attached and spare lens

or

1 camera with any of my lenses detached and a flash

i defintely want a shoulder bag similiar to this above and water/weather proof would be a plus since in nyc i fight the snow and the rain. I want something that will not be bulky and would pretty much do what my 120x does. This will be my carry around bag so I need it to be stealth.

BTW I also picked up this year the canon 2.8 macro 100mm.

The Domke F3x will handle that no problem even with your two longest lenses in it. The regular canvas is remarkably weather-resistant, but they've just introduced a "Waxwear" version that will be even more water-repellent.

I use a Think Tank Urban Disguise 40 for a 7D with 24-105 attached, a 70-200 f/4, 430 EX II, battery chargers, Lumiquest ProMax System, and an expandable white/gray card. There is plenty of room and I could fit a lot more if I needed to. Think Tank products are very well made and it has a pull-out rain cover if needed. The Domke bags are very popular but I can't stand the look of the canvas bags, just a personal preference thing.

Lowepro Stealth Reporter 200, 300. Check at B&H for details. Built extremely well, a real pro bag.

I would suggest to get the Stealth Report D400Aw instead as you may add the battery grip in the future. I am using the D400Aw and Crumpler 7m home.

Its harder to find the perfect bag than the perfect camera. What keeps you between the perfect camera is mostly money. What keeps you away from the perfect bag is the lack of information out there. Thanks guys for the tips. Anymore would be great.

I upgraded from the xt to the 7d and its a different class. Its like going from an old early 90's economy car to a fancy smaller euro sports car. Crop cameras can finally play with the big boys.

If you don't have a shop near you, order the two or three ones that seem to fit the bill from an online retailer, return the ones you don't like within a couple days with the tags attached, and you'll receive credit card credit before the next statement is due.

Any of these a good walk around? I will be walking a good 5-8 hours when I am out and about. I want something not clunky and uses space well.
