Settings for Passport photos please

My daughter wants a passport shot taking today. I have 2 studio flash units with softbox and brollies. I also have a white background. I bought them last year but never really got round to using them!
What the consensus for focal length lens and flash positioning?

I would suggest that you went to the box at the bus station. The rules and regs are silly and time consuming and you're only saving a couple of quid at worst.
